11/25/09 :	2009 HOLIDAY ROCK POSTER PARTY! : FRIDAY DECEMBER 11
	It’s that time of the year again! Last years Holiday Poster Sale was a great success, and this year we’ve got even more to offer. On top of selling our existing poster cache at a wide variety of prices we’ll also be showcasing 11 of our newest posters for bands like Kings Of Leon, Blitzen Trapper, Sunny Day Real Estate; and the list goes on! Come hang out at the shop on Friday, December 11. A live acoustic performance will be provided by local favorites, A Decade To Die For. There will be free food and drinks (this means free beer!) available while you look around the Powerhouse studio for that perfect holiday gift. Mystery Tubes including 5 posters for $20 will be for sale along with other special offers… The first 33 of you partiers in the door will get a free poster! 11/1/09 :	POWERHOUSE IN PRINT!
	Look, look! We have two posters from our Lollapalooza 2008 set in the new Print Design Annual! Also featured is House Industries’ poster for their lecture at the University of Akron that we printed a white back. This is a great installment of the RDA so go pick it up while they’re still on the shelves!

10/5/09 :	POWERHOUSE IN HOLLYWOOD!
	The CW station has a new show out called Life UneXpected. We haven’t seen it yet, but we do know that CW wants to use some of our posters in the show. So if you love this show, or just happen to be watching it, look out for the Powerhouse goods! Also! Focus Features is now shooting a movie starring Ben Stiller, called Greenburg. Stiller plays a Character named Roger Greenberg, hence the title. The release date for this movie is not available yet, but it will be co-starring some of our posters. Look out!

07/12/09 :	POWERHOUSE ON THE STREETS
	This is our intern, Dustin’s Moped. Dustin loves Powerhouse so much, he has proudly emblazoned the bolt logo on his bike’s headlight. Way to go Dustin. Now we’ve all got one on our car (or Moped). 06/11/09 :	GIG POSTERS BOOK OUT NOW
	It’s finally here! That’s right Gig Posters Volume 1: Rock Show Art of the 21st Century book has just been released! The book is comprised of today’s top poster designers’ work featured on GigPosters.com. It’s big! It’s bad (in a good way)! It looks great! If you don’t want to look at it you can tear out the pages. Literally! It includes 101 perforated, ready-to-hang posters from each designer! We are super proud to be a part of this amazing book and you’ll be super proud to own one! It’s available now at Amazon and we will soon have it here in the store. Come check it out!

04/11/08 :	POWERHOUSE AT SXSW
	Flatstock in Austin, TX during SXSW is one of our favorite annual events. It’s creative and inspirational overload and we love it! There are so many creative artists and illustrators in the poster community and it’s awesome to have a forum to visit, communicate, and share ideas. Not to mention the great shows at Stubb’s, Emo’s and everywhere on 6th street!

05/11/08 :	NEW POWERHOUSE HOODIES
	Hey, we’re finally getting our newest addition to the merch page up and available for sale. Check out our new American Apparel Zip-Up Hoodie. It’s super comfortable, super stylish and a super fit for both sexes! They are the perfect thing for any Powerhouse supporter and fan. The black hoodie is printed front and back with light grey ink with the graphics shown below.

12/11/08 :	Powerhouse Free Poster & Subscription 2008...
	From now until Wednesday, December 17 we will give you one of these two posters (below) for FREE with any poster order. Please let us know via e-mail with your choice or we'll just pick one for you! For different reasons we can't sell these posters, so we'd like to offer them to you as a free gift for the holidays. Supplies are limited, so they are on a first come first serve basis. 11/25/08 :	HOLIDAY ROCK POSTER SALE : 7PM FRIDAY DECEMBER 5TH
	Join us in celebration for the holiday season at Powerhouse Factories (33 E 9th St. in Newport, KY). This poster show and sale is open to the Public and will feature our new work as well as our old classics. Rock posters make excellent gifts because they are cheap and personal. We’ve made posters for lots of bands, just ask. We’re sure we have one that’s right for you and yours! All prints on display will be available for purchase with prices ranging from $10-$50. Framed posters start at $100. Some of the new titles include national bands like Radiohead, Rage Against The Machine, Method Man, The Black Keys, and The Hives as well as local favorites like The Heartless Bastards and Buffalo Killers. Powerhouse’s creative studio will open its doors for a festive celebration as well as a look at all of their most recent work. Rock posters make an excellent, inexpensive gift that will satisfy even the hardest to shop for. All of their posters as well as a wide selection of merchandise will be available for purchase.

 

 

11/10/08 :	Powerhouse Lollapalooza Posters Now Available!
	We were asked by C3 Presents to create a set of six posters for the 2008 installment of Lollapalooza at Grant Park in Chicago, IL. They are available as individual prints as well as a full set of six. Only 15 sets will be made available and some of the individual posters are almost gone. 	Here are some of our most recent creations, now available for purchase. Edition sizes vary, but almost all are currently still available.
